Sales Pipeline and Renewal Task Reports from ERP

Active sales tasks and upcoming renewals pulled from the ERP and emailed to management on schedule.

The challenge

Open sales enquiries and upcoming renewals lived in the ERP database with no reporting layer over them, so follow-ups depended on whoever happened to remember.

What we built

Scheduled jobs now query the task tables directly, produce a formatted workbook of active sales tasks - company, item, owner, next follow-up date and order value - and email it to management, with renewals tracked on their own separate cycle so they surface before the expiry date rather than after it. Nothing waits on someone's memory.

The result

Before: depended on memory. Now: nothing waits on memory.
