The challenge
Delivery orders from a large OEM customer arrive as multi-page PDFs, and the details had to be retyped into Excel for production and despatch planning.
What we built
Our extractor reads every page, reconstructs multi-line part descriptions correctly, and outputs a clean spreadsheet with DO number, part number, description, quantity, delivery date and receipt area. Retyping is gone, and despatch planning starts the moment the PDF arrives.
