E-commerce Marketplace Sales to Tally

Marketplace sales CSVs converted into Tally-ready imports with style and colour-wise item detail - weekly data entry eliminated.

The challenge

Weekly invoice files downloaded from the e-commerce portal were being entered into Tally by hand, consuming two to three hours every week.

What we built

We built a converter that reads the marketplace CSV and generates a Tally-ready import file with full item-level detail - each invoice is broken up style-code and colour wise so inventory in Tally reflects exactly what was sold. Data entry was eliminated entirely, the books stay current within minutes of downloading the sales file, and the solution scales effortlessly as order volumes grow.

The result

Before: 2-3 hours every week. Now: minutes, zero data entry.
