The challenge
The client's Shopify order exports had to be re-entered into Tally, including creating customer ledgers for every new buyer.
What we built
Our tool converts the Shopify orders file directly into Tally-compatible XML - generating both the master records and the sales vouchers, complete with GST classification, discount and shipping ledger entries, and the Shopify order number stored against each invoice for traceability. Invoices import in correct date sequence with a single click, giving the client accurate, GST-clean books with zero manual entry.
