The challenge
Following up member dues individually was tedious and inconsistent.
What we built
Our tool reads an Excel of names, mobile numbers and outstanding amounts, and sends each member a personalised WhatsApp reminder automatically. Collections improved with zero manual follow-up effort. For businesses that live in TallyPrime, the same reminders can now be fired from inside Tally itself: a custom Outstanding WhatsApp report on the Gateway of Tally lists every debtor with a balance due and sends one, all or a shared list through TallyPrime's own WhatsApp actions and an approved message template - no browser automation involved, so it is far more robust.
