The challenge
Stock levels across eight godown sheets in a Google Sheet had to be eyeballed daily to decide what to reorder.
What we built
Our Apps Script automation scans every sheet each morning, compares available stock against the minimum level for every item, and emails management a neatly tabulated shortfall report - item, available stock, required level and difference - section by section. Nothing runs out unnoticed, and the purchasing decision arrives in the inbox before the day begins.
