What we built
We built a fully interactive visitor management system prototype covering five roles. Employees invite visitors with location-specific approval flows; visitors receive a digital pass by email and, for shop-floor visits, must complete a video safety induction and pass a quiz before the pass unlocks - supporting ISO 45001 compliance. Approvers clear visits in one click, security issues badges and tracks exactly who is on premises, and an admin dashboard shows live metrics, location-wise charts and the complete visit log.
