Timesheet, Attendance and Profitability Reports from ERP

ERP work hours turned into a ten-sheet weekly workbook and per-client profitability (effective hourly rate).

What we built

Employee work hours logged in the ERP database are converted automatically into a ten-sheet weekly workbook - daily timesheets, client-wise 7-day and 30-day summaries and monthly attendance - plus a per-client profitability report that divides billing by hours worked to reveal the effective hourly rate earned from each customer. A companion service also pushes the same data into the team's shared Google Sheet every fifteen minutes, so the live view everyone already watches is never more than a quarter of an hour behind the ERP and the end-of-day copy-and-paste is gone.

The result

Before: end-of-day copy and paste. Now: live every 15 minutes.
