Salary Register Summary and Due Drawn Reports

Salary register summaries appended automatically and Due Drawn statements built from two HR exports.

The challenge

The accounts team manually appended payment-wise and deduction-wise summary blocks to the salary register exported from their HR software every month.

What we built

Our tool reads the exported register and adds the complete summary section automatically, in the institution's required format, making the register submission-ready in one step. The program now opens with a simple menu and writes the summary into the exported register itself rather than producing a copy. A second report reconciles what each employee was due against what was actually drawn, month by month, from two HR-software exports - pairing employees by ID and flagging anyone missing from either file - and produces the Due Drawn statement in the institution's required format as an Excel workbook, replacing a clerk matching two salary sheets line by line.

The result

Before: manual monthly summaries. Now: one step.
