The challenge
Branch staff prepared job cards by hand on paper, with no visibility of pending work, billing or payments across branches.
What we built
We designed a mobile web app on Google Sheets where staff create a job card on their phone and share it with the customer over WhatsApp in one tap; every job card then appears in three pending lists - work, billing and payment - and is closed only when all three stages are marked complete, with the bill number captured at billing. Management gets branch-wise visibility of every open job at a glance. Job cards are numbered automatically from the company's own series, and the pending lists can be filtered by work, bill and payment status so each branch sees only what is open for it.
